Samantha Steenwijk has won her preliminary injunction against Yvonne Coldeweijer. She receives a rectification story as a gift from the judge, but can write the demanded 5,000 euros on her stomach.
Yvonne Coldeweijer has lost her first juice shop, although the damage is not too bad. She has to post a correction from the judge in the stories of her juice channel on Instagram, but she can keep the 5,000 euros demanded by Samantha Steenwijk in her pocket. However, she has to pay legal costs of about 2,500 euros.

Just before the turn of the year, Samantha Steenwijk caused quite a bit of surprise with her sudden weight loss. She explained that she lost 22 pounds by riding a horse. Jeroen van der Boom thought that was very remarkable and according to Yvonne Coldeweijer it is not true at all. She stated that she used illegal diet pills.
Samantha has made a big fuss about that, because she can’t handle the scattering juice channels at all. Although Yvonne accepted her request to take the video offline and even posted a kind of rectification, the singer started a very legal circus to get her right.

Yvonne loses the summary proceedings brought by Samantha, but the damage is not very significant. The legal costs she has to pay are a pittance, given all the free publicity her juice channel has received. So there must be a correction.
What does the judge demand? Yvonne must rectify within 48 hours. “Without any comment or rebuttal, on her Instagram account in the form of a story in the same font as her previous Instagram statement about Plaintiff, with white letters against a completely black background,” it sounds.

What is Yvonne’s reaction? She says: “I have to rectify the statements about Samanth. That’s why I will do that. I do not have to pay compensation from the judge either.”
Yvonne is delighted. “What I am very happy about is that I now have a manual for my juice. I do not have to provide conclusive evidence from the judge, but only to make it plausible. Also, I don’t have to do a hearing before I bring my juice.”

At one point she indicated that she feared that people would end up in intensive care because of Yvonne’s diet pill story. “She said I did, so everyone is now going on those pills out of desperation. Yeah, you don’t want that on your conscience.”
“If people’s lives are at stake and someone will soon be in intensive care, that is not my responsibility, but Mrs Coldeweijer’s responsibility. I have never used these pills.”
