Sam Hagens completely surprised and overwhelmed the viewers of Today Inside with his new haircut. After fierce criticism from outside, he opted for a more voluminous cut.

‘Nicely styled!’
Sam unexpectedly presented his restyled hair last night Today Inside. There was no announcement on Instagram or any other media appearance, so many viewers reacted with surprise. “What’s going on with Sam’s hair?”, viewer Bas wonders.
We read that viewer Max is also surprised by it X. “What happened to Sam’s hair?”
According to Alpacaatje, his hairdresser did a good job. “Hey Sam, nice style!”
Strong criticism
It is widely believed that Sam has changed his hairstyle because it has recently been strongly criticized by Victor Vlam. The American expert has created a furore at breakneck speed in the past year all-round media critic and has therefore seen his influence in Hilversum increase. And Sam is also giving in now.
Victor was really quite sharp with his comments. His biggest objection was that Sam’s hairstyle sat really flat on his head, as if someone kept pressing it firmly against his skull just before the broadcast. “He has the worst haircut in all of Hilversum,” he even said. That was a bit mean.
Mousse and blow-dry
Apparently Sam had it push somewhat necessary. He may have thin hair, but there is still quite a bit of it and you can do quite a bit with it. Victor himself came up with a solution: “If you want to give it some extra volume, you have to blow-dry it. And before you blow-dry it, you should also add some mousse to it. That really seems to help.”
Well, the mousse has apparently found its way, because Sam is now tickling the studio lights with his hairstyle. Only Rutger Castricum makes it even brighter among all the VI stars; he is so satisfied with his hair transplant that he sometimes goes a bit overboard with his wax.
Very satisfied
Anyway: does Victor think Sam’s metamorphosis was a success? Is the media expert satisfied or does he still see areas for improvement? Someone Niels puts it to him on X: “That glitzy haircut of Sam’s must be the influence of Victor Vlam…”
Then Victor gives his verdict: “I am very satisfied today.”
Normally Victor also gives it a grade – for example, he gave that flat haircut a 3 – but he may save that for the next episode of his controversial podcast De Communicado’s.
