Asghari is a member of SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild), the striking actors’ union. He marched in the demonstration wearing black clothes with a sign in his hand. TMZ says that the photographer asked the man how he has been since filing for divorce. Asghari dodged the question.
– I’m not here to talk about my personal life, Asghari answered.
Instead, he went on to talk about the strike.
– We are here to raise awareness of my brothers and sisters who are working hard and striking for my future. I hope everything will be resolved very soon and we can all get back to what we love most, making art and inspiring people, Asghari said.
