Salvatore Ferragamo: CFO Alessandro Corsi leaves

The Italian fashion group Salvatore Ferragamo SpA has to fill a key position. On Friday, the group of companies announced the departure of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Alessandro Corsi.

According to a statement, Corsi wants to devote himself to a “new professional challenge”. The previous chief financial officer is therefore resigning from his post and will end his employment with the group on September 30th.

The company thanked the outgoing CFO for his “professional contribution over the years of working together.” Corsi joined Salvatore Ferragamo in 2003 and has held various management positions since then. At the beginning of 2019, following the departure of Ugo Giorcelli, he was promoted to CFO of the group. In this role, Corsi was also responsible for the Group’s financial reporting.
