Vanesa Ibarra, how were the beginnings of Real Estate?
I had a dream and I started unintentionally, I had already gained enough experience in a very large Real Estate. I had the processes and I was doing well. But I was looking to improve the quality of care, and I knew that the meaning of my profession could be changed. Once received, I opened my own space and surprisingly clients arrived from the first day.
The beginning had two basic ingredients: the support of my family, since this profession requires a lot of time, and two high-level builders who trusted me and gave me their support.
How do you project your brand in the medium term?
The projection is to obtain a great expansion by adding my children’s project to the company, which is the Airbnb rental system, together with them we created the Investor Route. I bet on growth, providing a complete service.
What are your differentials in the field?
The quality of care, and the vocation of service. The internal and external work team.
In turn, communication is another great differential. The combination of these factors allowed my company to start growing solidly from its foundations. From there, my commitment to excellence in service and personalized attention became the fundamental pillars of my daily work.
If you were starting over, what would you do differently?
Being a woman, I would not be afraid to encourage myself to be a great businesswoman. I went slowly, I was afraid to enter such a masculine market. I would put prejudice aside.
