Sadio Mané is injured thirteen days before the World Cup match with the Orange: ‘Must take an X-ray’ | World Cup 2022

Mané was injured after about fifteen minutes in an apparently harmless duel. He immediately asked for a change. Little is known about the seriousness of the injury.

The World Cup in Qatar starts on Sunday 20 November. The first game of the Orange squad is Monday, November 21 against Senegal (kick-off at 5 p.m.). This is followed by group matches for the Netherlands against Ecuador (Friday, November 25, kick-off at 5 PM) and Qatar (Tuesday, November 29, kick-off at 4 PM).

Bayern Munich also had no child at Werder Bremen without Mane and won 6-1. As a result, the team is also assured of the lead in the Bundesliga after this round. Trainer Julian Nagelsmann briefly reacted in German media to Mané’s injury afterwards. ,,He got a tap on his shin, that’s never nice. He has to get an X-ray. I hope nothing is wrong.”
