National basketball player Satou Sabally has received another award for her strong season in the WNBA. The 25-year-old from Berlin has been elected to the All-WNBA First Team, the best women’s basketball league in the world announced.
Sabally was previously named the player who improved the most last season. No basketball player from Germany has received both awards before her.
Sabally averaged 18.6 points, 8.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists for the Dallas Wings. She was among the top ten in the league in terms of both points and rebounds.
