In the credits of The Gray Man, now in cinemas and already available on Netflix from Friday, you learn to your amazement that this two-hour long ‘everything has to break’ action film with Ryan Gosling, is based on a book. What is there to read then? Or does the novel by Mark Greany (apparently a protégé of Tom Clancy) actually describe for pages how someone is beaten up?
