In response to western sanctions
THE HAGUE – The Russian space agency Roskosmos has suspended cooperation with its European counterpart ESA and will no longer cooperate with launches from the French base Kourou in French Guiana, Roskosmos chief executive Dmitry Rogozin said on Saturday.
