Russians block Google News
The Russian media watchdog has blocked Google News from the American company Alphabet. According to the Russian news agency Interfax, Google News had access to “false” information about the Russian “military operation” in Ukraine.
A new Russian law makes it illegal to report any event that could discredit the Russian military. The invasion of the neighboring country should not be called a war either.
