A Russian who was seen all over social media last summer in a video showing off the skull of a slain Ukrainian has now been shot himself in the head. Ukrainian journalist Dennys Kazansky reported this on his Telegram channel. Kazansky also shared images showing a moribund Igor Mangushev (36) in a hospital bed.
