Russia has nearly completed the illegal annexation of four Ukrainian regions. The Russian Federation Council, the upper house, on Tuesday gave the green light to the annexation of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya. The 154 senators present unanimously approved the texts for the annexation of the four Ukrainian territories, Russia’s state agency Tass reported.
