Russian troops have apparently begun to leave numerous positions in eastern Ukraine. “The Russians are withdrawing” is the title of the European edition of the Russian newspaper ‘Novaya Gazeta’, which is critical of the Kremlin. These are positions near the eastern Ukrainian villages of Voehhledar, Avdiivka and Novoselovka.
