Paris (AP) – The Russian tennis player Darja Kassatkina is in the semifinals of the French Open.
The 25-year-old won in Paris against her compatriot Veronika Kudermetowa 6: 4, 7: 6 (7: 5) and is thus in the last four of a Grand Slam tournament for the first time in her career. There Kassatkina meets the winner of the duel between the Polish world number one Iga Swiatek and Jessica Pegula from the USA.
