The Russian space agency Roscosmos cannot cooperate with US NASA and with Canadian, Japanese and European colleagues as long as Western economic sanctions against Russia are in place. This is what the chief of Roscosmos, Dmitri Rogozin, says. This means that there can no longer be cooperation with regard to the International Space Station ISS.
