A Russian military plane crashed near Belgorod, a Russian city near the border with Ukraine. The Russian Defense Ministry said there were “65 prisoners of war, six crew members and three other people on board.” Ukraine has not yet responded, but Ukrainian media reports, based on anonymous sources, that the Ukrainian armed forces have downed the plane. That would have had missiles on board.
