Russian hacker group APT29, also known as ‘Cozy Bear’, is targeting foreign diplomats in the Ukrainian capital with a fake car ad. This is according to a report from cybersecurity company Palo Alto Networks. The hackers added malicious software to the ad in an attempt to break into the computers of diplomats at several embassies, the report said.
