By supporting Ukraine, the West is waging “a direct battle” against Russia. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said this on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly. “You can call it whatever you want, but they are fighting us directly. We call it a hybrid war, but that does not change the reality,” said Lavrov, who referred to the West’s financial support and arms supply to Kiev.
