A colonel who was involved in the partial mobilization in Russia was found dead yesterday in his office at the Pacific Higher Naval School (TOVVMU) in Vladivostok. Vadim Boyko (44) was deputy director of the important military academy. It is not clear exactly how he died. Local media write that he committed suicide, but according to the Russian news channel ‘Baza’ he would have received five bullets in the chest.
