“During the attack by Russian fighter jets, Belarusian leader Alexandr Lukashenko was just visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin,” said an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to him, Russian planes would have taken off from a Belarusian airport. Then they would have flown over Ukraine, then turned around and shot at Kapan in Belarus. Ukraine’s defense minister gave the “guarantee” that his armed forces were among them for nothing. Moscow has not yet responded to the allegations.
