US astronaut Mark Vande Hei would normally return to Earth on March 30 on a Russian Soyuz. He currently resides in the International Space Station, about 365 km above our planet. But the Russians threaten to leave the astronaut in space. Vande Hei will set the record for longest spaceflight by an American astronaut on Tuesday.
