Russia reiterated during a session of the United Nations Security Council on Tuesday that it suspects Ukraine is planning to deploy a “dirty bomb”. Moscow is also not convinced that the IAEA inspection of the international nuclear agency will be able to prove that Ukraine has no plans to do so.
