Moreover, Russia spoke of its readiness for negotiations even at the most difficult moments. And at the moment, the position of the Russian Federation on security issues in Europe remains unchanged – the situation will not affect the plans for a meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, which was scheduled for February 24.
“We always advocate the use of diplomacy,” Zakharova stressed.
Earlier, she spoke about the “billion-dollar attempt” to convince Kiev comply with the Minsk agreements.
