Russia is willing to release one or more American prisoners in exchange for Viktor Bout. That is a notorious Russian arms dealer, known as the “dealer of death”. It seems that the country wants to use American basketball star Brittney Griner as a bargaining chip. She is currently serving a year-long prison sentence in Russia for possessing a small amount of cannabis oil.
