The UN Security Council meets today at 4 p.m. Belgian time at the request of Moscow about the alleged production of biological weapons in Ukraine. Moscow accuses Washington and Kiev of running labs in Ukraine to develop biological weapons. Both countries deny that and international fact-checkers have already debunked the alleged Russian ‘evidence’ for this.
