Rush’s Moving Pictures is re-released in an expanded edition. The anniversary edition “Moving Pictures – 40th Anniversary” will be available from April 15, 2022 in six different configurations.
Rush’s eighth studio album was originally released on February 12, 1981. It was recorded at Morin-Heights in Quebec. A place that was later also called “the band’s own Abbey Road by Rush”. The long player is characterized by a balancing act between progressive rock and a more radio-friendly sound and includes, among other things, one of the biggest hits of the band: “Tom Sawyer”.
The anniversary edition “Moving Pictures – 40th Anniversary” is now available in six different configurations:

The bonus material of the different editions includes, for example, a remastered version of the album, remixed live bonus material, or a 44-page hardcover book with previously unpublished photos.
