Run over three homeless people while drunk – suspended sentence

He drove drunk in the Mercedes SUV over three sleeping homeless people at the Zoo station. He doesn’t have to go to prison: the Tiergarten district court sentenced Refail A. (26) from Neukölln to one and a half years in prison, but suspended the sentence on probation.

He is also said to do 100 hours of community service and pay €3,600 to a homeless man who had a leg amputated.
