The 11th loser of the Diili series questions the winning streak of the program.

In this Diili episode, the contestants jumped into the game world. Their task was to create a concept for a mobile game, which they would present in English to a panel of experts from the game development company Rovio.
This time Mikon the team he led was under the threat of being fired. The failure was due, among other things, to the fact that the team abandoned their original plan because they thought it was “too Finnish” for the international market.
– During the night, you flushed that (idea) down the toilet, Diili boss Jaajo Linnonmaa laughed at the team.
Linnonmaa himself fell in love with the team’s original idea beyond measure.
– I would have been like “wow, let’s go. I will join this deal and let’s continue the negotiations with Rovio”, Linnonmaa added and later joked that he would go to the game company himself with the team idea.
In the end, Linnonmaa ended up firing the team’s project manager Miko.
– I have the feeling that we never really got to see what you are like as a leader. You are clearly a top guy, the guys “dig” you, and you clearly have the group’s trust. But what you are like as a project manager was a bit open to me, Linnonmaa reasoned.

At the end of the episode, Mikko says that the Diili experience was fun and full of nice tasks and people. Despite that, Mikko makes a questionable comment about the job competing in the program.
– I’m saying it a bit rudely now, but for the secretary’s position, which there are probably more people applying for: powerpoints, excel tables, pens and papers – it’s not my job.
The Diili program is looking for an operational manager for Linnonmaa. Linnonmaa explained to Iltalehti at last February’s Diili press conference what exactly the washing machine in question contains.
– After all, the operational manager is the kind of multidisciplinary expert who actually makes it easier for me to sometimes skip going to work. So it has to be the kind of guy who is able to be the “second Sharer” on some days, so to speak.
