Rossmann removes Rammstein perfumes from the range

The allegations against Till Lindemann, which have already been made by several women, have further consequences for the singer and the band Rammstein: The drugstore chain Rossmann has initially removed all three of the band’s perfumes from the range.

How “Metal Hammer” citing “Bild” information, the “Sex”, “Pussy” and “Kokain” perfumes, which were previously available online, are not being advertised or sold due to the current developments. “We follow the reports closely. The developments prompted us to stop online sales of the Rammstein perfume and to take all steps to stop advertising the products,” said a company spokeswoman. “We will continue to closely monitor criminal law developments,” it said. Rossmann therefore leaves open whether the perfumes will be back in the range.

Till Lindemann: Allegations have far-reaching consequences

The publishing house Kiepenheuer & Witsch had previously distanced itself from Till Lindemann and ruled out further cooperation. The singer has been covered since the allegations – his Instagram account has apparently been deactivated. The account handle that is in Rammstein’s profile is no longer active.

Several people have publicly claimed online that they were specifically recruited for sex with Till Lindemann. In addition, they suspect that women could be made compliant with knockout drops – concrete evidence for this claim is lacking. Rammstein commented on the allegations as follows: “Do not participate in public prejudice of any kind against those who have made allegations. You have a right to your point of view. But we, the band, also have a right – namely not to be prejudiced either. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and safe at our shows – in front of and behind the stage. We condemn any kind of transgression.”

Apparently there will be neither a “Row Zero” nor an after-show party at the shows in Munich. In addition, special awareness teams, a help app and safe spaces should ensure security. This is to prevent visitors from feeling coerced or harassed.
