An audit of the Volgograd manufacturer showed that the company uses filtration fields that are designed to receive and complete biological treatment of wastewater. However, they are not registered in the register of objects that have a negative impact on the environment (NEOS).
The manufacturer does not comply with safety requirements for the storage of construction waste, the agency noted. In addition, Rosprirodnadzor found inconsistencies in the company’s reporting on environmental control and activities.
“Gardens of Pridonya” received administrative fines for 470 thousand rubles. The damage to the soil was estimated at 20 million rubles.
