This newspaper has been able to confirm that the purchase operation has been completed and that the couple of singers, one of the most famous of the moment, has set to work to adapt the farmhouse to their liking.
To carry out the intervention they have contacted the Constructora del Cardener from Manresa. Thus, as for the changes to the property, which has cost them around 2 million euros, The two artists will have to take into account that it is a Cultural Asset of Local Interest (BCIN) with comprehensive protection.

Despite being quite hidden, it has a attention-grabbing architecture and enviable views of Montserrat.
Lots of car traffic
Neighbors of the property have explained to Regió7 that, lately, they have seen a lot of movement of cars up and down, including moving trucks. Although the news of Rosalía’s interest in the house uncovered by this newspaper has spread like wildfire, they assure that, for the time being, they have not received any direct notification that her new neighbor will be the singer of ‘Malamente’ and ‘Saoko’. And just this week, Rosalía has shown the cover of her third album, entitled ‘Motomami’, name of the company of the singer’s mother, Pilar Tobella, dedicated to the representation of artists.

The real estate portal Habitaclia reported more than a year ago that it had been put up for sale for more than 2 million euros and detailed the characteristics, including a complete catalog of photographs that allowed one to get an idea of what the interior of the farmhouse is like, with an aesthetic in tune with the modernist style of construction. It seems that, finally, the real estate agency that put it up for sale is not the one that ended up linking the purchase operation. Habitaclia no longer comes out.

The acquisition of the Morera farmhouse has brought Rosalía and her partner to the capital of Bages to visit it at least once. They have done it with a lot of discretion, the same that characterizes the singer’s mother, Pilar Tobella, who is from Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in whom the artist has placed his trust to control everything that is done from now on in the home and who is making the most trips up and down to monitor everything. It is known, because the two of them have been in charge of spreading it on the networks, the close relationship between mother and daughter. Rosalía has been living in the United States for more than a year, where she spent confinement at the home of her representative, in Miami. Later, she went to live in New York, although whenever she can, she looks to meet her family, to whom she is very close, for example at Christmas parties.
