Presenter-actor-musician Roope Salminen has released a photo with an important person: his grandfather, whom he only met for the first time.
In Salmu’s Secrets, look for the father of his biological mother Mauria. Salmis has had distant distances to his biological mother, and therefore knew nothing of this side of the family. He traveled to meet Mauria in Stockholm.
The episode revealed that Mauri had followed Roope’s life and career and hoped to meet his grandson. Mauria wasn’t shown much in the episode, but now Salminen has released his joint photo with his “priest,” as he calls it.

Salminen spent his childhood in a new family with his father, actor Eppu Salminen, and his wife, actor Riitta Havukainen. Roope received answers from Mauri about the questions that bothered him about why Mauri once left his family and Roope’s biological mother, Minna Turusen.
