Roope Hintz scored in 19 seconds, Kakko scored an important goal

The two top bookings of 2019 met again.

Roope Hintz scored the opening goal for the Dallas Stars just 19 seconds into the game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. The puck luckily bounced off the Penguins defender’s skate to Hintz, who quickly shot the loose piece into the goal.

The Penguins tied the score in the first period. Kasperi Kapanen found with his pass by Pierre-Olivier Joseph, who pushed the puck into the top corner. The Penguins won the match 2–1 Yevgeny Malkin at the goal of the third period. Miro Heiskanen got more than 27 minutes of responsibility in the Stars’ loss.

Kaapo Kako scored his sixth goal of the season against the New York Rangers and the New Jersey Devils. Kakko, completely forgotten at the back post, shot straight by K’Andre Miller from the pass to the goal of the puck.

The second met in the match by Jack Hughes, who was booked one place before the Finn at the NHL’s 2019 booking event. Hughes was responsible for his team’s 3–1 lead. Hughes had a place to put the hard puck into the goal for the second time, but the goalkeeper Igor Šestjorkin took a longer stroke.

The goalkeepers shined this time in the match between the Nashville Predators and the St. Louis Blues.
