Ronald Molendijk hugely in the victim role: ‘Marcel is asshole!’

Ronald Molendijk is very much in the victim role now that he is under fire for defending befriended tokkie-BN’ers. “Marcel van Roosmalen, which asshole are you?”, he hisses.

Show news is all about favoritism and protecting everything that has to do with Talpa. If you yell “independent” three times in the studio, the whole gang will collapse. In yesterday’s broadcast, Ronald Molendijk dived completely into the victim role because there is criticism of his enormous celebrity slime.

Slime dress Molendijk

Ronald has recently made a sport of diving as deep as possible into the behinds of his controversial celebrities friends. He never misses an opportunity to say that Glennis Grace will surely make a glorious comeback and previously he jumped in the gap for Voice pervert Jeroen Rietbergen.

Is this then an independent opinion of an entertainment connoisseur? No, both Glennis and Jeroen are close friends with Ronald. However, that is never mentioned when he is invited somewhere to express his professional opinion. And that leads to criticism from all sides, for example from Marcel van Roosmalen and Victor Vlam.

big flirt

What perhaps stings Ronald the most is a column that Marcel has written for de Volkskrant. “It’s also just the old-fashioned, traditional media and the newspapers that piggyback on these kinds of things. I remember sitting here when the whole story of The Voice came out.”

He continues: “At one point I told an insanely nuanced story about that, because I’ve been friends with Jeroen Rietbergen for thirty years. Somewhere I said one sentence: ‘Jeroen is just a big flirt.’ That was it. And Marcel van Roosmalen just wrote an entire column about that.”

‘Asshole!’

Marcel wrote in that column that he grants everyone a friend like Ronald. “While I just think: what bastard are you to measure me like that? At that moment I just think: if you work for a quality newspaper, a real newspaper, then the editor-in-chief will say: ‘Just burn that guy completely, based on one sentence!’”

Ah, Ronald has no idea that newspaper columnists are allowed to do their work independently. No, they have indeed never heard of that principle at Shownieuws.

“Which universe?”

Ronald has decided to boycott the entire Volkskrant now. “The joke is that the next day another journalist from the newspaper calls me saying: ‘I want to talk to you about Jeroen Rietbergen.’ Then I think: in which universe do you actually live?”

Not in Ronald’s resentful universe, anyway.

According to Ronald, Johnny de Mol has also been dealt with unnecessarily harshly by the regular press. “Then I see that renowned newspapers are desperately asking for a headline that has to roll. It is written: ‘Yes, he comes from that family and that was always wrong!’ And then there is such a result of such research and then: crickets.”

Victim role

Has Ronald suddenly ended up with the boss’s son? Fortunately, Patty Brard quickly pushes him back into his own victim role: “I think that’s the same as what you said recently about Glennis Grace. That if she makes a killer album, she can come back. And then they say you lick her ass because you’re her boyfriend.”

Very bad for everyone, Patty thinks those critics. “Yeah, but guys? What ever happened to giving another chance?”

Well, problem solved: Glennis can perform at the next Shownieuws staff party. Can they also safely walk the streets at the Jumbo.
