Ronald Molendijk believes that the RVD should also publish negative news about members of the royal family on the website Koninklijkhuis.nl. He sent an angry email about that.
Almost every Shownieuws item with royalty news uses Ronald Molendijk to express his disgust for the royal family. Yesterday the music expert and best friend of Voice-greasing pipe Jeroen Rietbergen confessed that he had sent an angry e-mail to the Government Information Service about the website Koninklijkhuis.nl.
According to Ronald, the website about King Willem-Alexander and his family is far too positive. “Not too long ago we had a topic about Amalia’s birthday and invited 150 people while you could have four. Then I thought: there is a website, Koninklijkhuis.nl, and it only contains good news.”
He continues: “So I just sent an email there, saying: ‘Why is there only good news on it, because it’s just what the Royal House is going through, right?’”
Gembarrassing
What did Ronald hear after that? “Then I had to wait a month and someone answered me. I found that really embarrassing. I mean: I pay that man’s salary. But in the end I got an answer and he refers me all the time, but I’m going to hold on.”
What does Ronald want to see on the website? “Everything, including all the shit that goes wrong. It’s just Royal House.nl! Then they also have to pay for it all themselves, but they don’t. We will all pay for it.”
Frank Visser
Ronald is now planning to enlist the help of his SBS 6 colleague Frank Visser. The chance that he will lend himself for this is small, however. In 2009, the driving judge had himself decorated with a royal ribbon.
