Rome, the fans are with Mourinho: “You have the keys to the city”

It was clear that the Roma fans were on Mourinho’s side. The vast majority of them doting on the Portuguese coach, just listen to the radios, read the social media and, above all, hear the ovations that the Olimpico gives him every time. Not least against Verona, when he left the field sent off. In the last hours the last test: the fans dedicated an explicit banner to him: “Our faith, your mentality: you have the keys to this city”. The banner does not have the signature of the groups of the curve, it is anonymous, but it still represents the thinking of 90% (at least) of the Romanists.

Mourinho has not yet seen the banner directly (it was not there in Trigoria this morning, he was returning from London) but he certainly feels all the love and trust of the people in him. For now the results are a detail, the Romanists are with Mou and do not want to back down. Just to give another example, this morning a (future) dad called on a radio saying: “I already told my wife: I want to do as Amadeus and call the baby Josè”.
