Romanian star in De Kuip proudly remembers Feyenoord: ‘Those years were unforgettable’

Feyenoord is playing football today in Romania, the country of former player Ioan Sabau (57). The midfielder played two seasons in De Kuip in the early 1990s. Fellow players remember that he was too good for Feyenoord and saw his special rituals. Sabau enjoyed the Netherlands and even became a Jehovah’s Witness there.
