Stephen Bruner, who only calls himself Thundercat on stage, knows no genre boundaries. Everything between electronica and funk is there. After “It Is What It Is” (2020), things became a little quieter for the two-time Grammy award winner, even though there were always collaborations with other musicians. But now we’re going on tour to Germany in spring 2024.
There will be four concerts in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Cologne. The performances are presented by ROLLING STONE.
The bassist and singer most recently released the electro-R&B song “No More Lies” with Tame Impala. Earlier this year, Thundercat performed in the US with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Strokes and The Mars Volta. A big tour followed, which will continue next year.
