The indie pioneers Pavement are on tour in Germany. In November 2022 they will play a concert in Bremen and one in Berlin.
In the early 90’s Pavement contributed significantly to the establishment of alternative rock. After the band split up in the meantime in 1999 and a reunion with an extensive tour in 2010, singers Stephen Malkmus, Scott “Spiral Stairs” Kannberg, Mark Ibold, Bob Nastanovich and Steve West are also back live in Germany.
In the formative ten years of her career, Pavement released five major albums: Slanted And Enchanted (1992), Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain (1994), Wowee Zowee (1995), Brighten The Corners (1997) and “Terror Twilight” (1999).
After 2010, 2022 is the second big reunion for Pavement. The concerts in Berlin and Bremen will be presented by ROLLING STONE.
