Rolled oats are back in stores

Plant-based options are now available at every outlet.

Autumn brings new plant-based products to the store shelves, and there is also the return of an old favorite: Valio brings back rolled oats for sale.

The rolled oats disappeared from stores when its previous owner, Paulig, stopped manufacturing. Now, under Valio’s ownership, two flavors of rolled oats are arriving in stores: tomato and nude.

Nyhtökaura has been actively requested on social media to return to production, so the news of its return will cause joy in many households.

There will also be completely new products for plant-based cooking. These include, for example, Gold&Green’s veggie cubes and vegenuggets.

New products on the cheese shelf are the Ilo Vegan Mozzis, which are suitable on top of Jokilaakso’s cheese pizza, and the Ilo Vegan Burger slice, which fits between the Burger.

In terms of sauces, there are for example Fazer Aito Ruoka Fraiches, which are plant-based and suitable for heating or serving as a dip on their own. Unseasoned and Chili & Paprika versions will be available.

Fazer’s Pätkis oat drink, which is a continuation of the product group’s Dumle oat drink, may become a hit on oat drink shelves.
