How were Roilands’ beginnings in the real estate market?

The company was born from deep-rooted corporate experience combined with an opportunity to provide a concrete solution to clients. The partners Mariano Mussi, Nicolas Mussi and Sebastian Calvente, with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, come from a career in multinationals that gave them a way of working focused on results. Added to this is a commitment to entrepreneurship, which encouraged them to create a new reality for entrepreneurs.

The interest and passion for Real Estate and entrepreneurial activity motivated them to work on putting together a combined business solution, aimed at comprehensively training entrepreneurs so that they become entrepreneurs. This process lasted five years, involving teams of multidisciplinary experts that finally manifested itself in the real estate industry in 2014.

Who is the public to which you provide your services?

Based on four fundamental pillars, culture, processes, people and technology, Roilands is focused on two types of clients, the internal one, which is made up of entrepreneurs with a vocation to become “true” entrepreneurs in the real estate industry, providing them with training solutions, structure , environment and technology; and external clients who are made up of those who want to sell a property, providing them with a concrete solution that is to solve the problem of the sale in a limited time.

These pillars are based on a multi-level commercial model and a unique business model in the Argentine market, where the true added value of Roilands lies here and imprints the character of a non-franchisable brand.

What is the objective of the company?

The main objective is the training of entrepreneurs who offer performance with the execution of their own specific business model. Archaic concepts such as service and support are no longer considered added value, but rather inherent and natural to quality standards.

The growth plan begins with the development and installation of the model and performance in the AMBA area to continue expansion in the rest of the country and Latin America, to be able to fully install the real estate sales solution for all clients.
