Rock legend Mick Jagger dances to Coldplay’s ‘Fix You’

Coldplay’s hit Fix You has been covered by a number of artists including HER, Billie Eilish and Kacey Musgraves. Now even Mick Jagger, singer of The Rolling Stones, couldn’t resist: he didn’t honor the song with a cover, but with a spontaneous dance routine.

Mick Jagger published a post on Twitter revealing his appreciation for the song. Below a video of Coldplay performing, he wrote: “Had a great time watching Coldplay last night. A real bus driver’s holiday!’. In this case, the term “bus driver’s holiday” is an English idiom and means something like a vacation or a form of leisure time activity where you do the same things as you do at work.

The video not only features Coldplay’s performance, but also Mick Jagger. When the camera is trained on him, he starts dancing enthusiastically, waving his arms in the air and singing along to the hit.

Coldplay are currently in the UK on their Music Of The Spheres tour. Just recently, singer Chris Martin had to interrupt a concert at London’s Wembley Stadium because the audience was filming their performance with their smartphones the entire time. After Martin asked them to put away their devices, the show was allowed to resume.
