Rock am Ring and Rock im Park: line-up changes, timetable and TV broadcast announced

After a three-year break due to the pandemic, the music will return to the Nürburgring and the Nuremberg Volkspark dozenteich in almost exactly two weeks. From June 3rd to 5th, the stages of Rock am Ring and Rock im Park will be filled with acts like Måneskin, Marteria, Beatsteaks, Casper, Green Day, Scooter and Drangsal.

Now some changes in the program have been announced. The line-up is completed by the metalcore band Caliban and the hip-hop group BHZ. However, the visitors of the twin festivals also have to get over three cancellations: the metal songwriter Devin Townsend and the hardcore band Turnstile had to cancel parts of their European tours; the rapper Trettman for health reasons his whole festival summer.

In addition, the organizers have released an app that fans can use to plan their personal festival before the actual release of the timetable. For example, Rock am Ring begins on the Friday of the festival with a performance by the donuts for lunch on the Utopia stage. Performances by Weezer, Måneskin, The Offspring, Broilers and Green Day follow the same evening. On Saturday, Muse will be joined by Placebo and Gang Of Youths, among others. Volbeat, Korn and Bullet For My Valentine are in concert on Sunday. There is also good news for those music lovers who cannot make it to Rock am Ring: This year, the concerts at the Nürburgring will be broadcast in a free live stream by RTL+.
