Roberto Brasero has explained that “The polar air has turned into snow in the mountains of the northern peninsula”, especially in the Pyrenees, where about 40 centimeters have fallen.

The ski slopes are warming up, since several cities on the Peninsula are with temperatures below zero. Even so, the meteorologist has assured that for now, “the snowfall is going to stop.”

Brasero has commented that this Thursday the temperatures will be lower, “it will dawn colder and, therefore, with more frost. Below zero temperatures in the mountains and surrounding areas and in capitals such as Ávila, Cuenca, Teruel, Albacete or Granada.” Even so, the maximums will rise in the Pyrenees and the Cantabrian mountain range, suspending snowfall.

The meteorologist explained that the strong wind It remains in the Pyrenees, Girona and the Balearic Islands, but it will no longer be as intense as Wednesday. Usually on Thursday “it is presented cool but sunny and that’s how long he’s going to stay now.”

Roberto Brasero has announced that there will be a cool atmosphere especially at night and early in the morning. Daytime temperatures could rise a little on Friday, and Sunny days are expected, without rain or snow, neither on Friday nor the weekend.
