The multiband branchist Robert Ley from Euskirchen consistently continues his expansion. With a 3000 square meter store, Robert Ley can now be found in Monheim am Rhein. The shop was designed and implemented by Konrad Knoblauch GmbH from Markdorf/Lake Constance.
Coveted brands that are presented in a contemporary and unobtrusive manner and a store that not only invites you to shop, but also for enjoyment and lingering: This is how the new branch of the multi-brown branchist Robert Ley presents itself in the same new Monheimer Tor shopping center.
With the opening of the new branch, Robert Ley once again teamed up with the retail experts: inside Konrad Knoblauch GmbH. In the past one and a half years, Ley and Knoblauch have jointly developed and rebuilt 10,000 square meters of shops in several stores. From garlic there is everything from a single source: conception, planning, furnishing and furniture construction.
Common identity of all stores
“We want to develop Robert Ley Robert Ley into an Omni-Channel-Lifestyle brand. And it is important to have a common identity,” explains Christian Schwenk, member of the Robert Ley management. And since the family company liked the concept that the headquarters converted in 2017 in Euskirchen in 2017, it quickly became clear: “All locations should wear the garlic manuscript.”
The corporate identity is therefore also found in Monheim and has an identity-creating effect: a calm material language made of dark wood and metal, supplemented by individual material highlights such as large Italian tiles and furniture made of powder-coated black steel.
A special highlight of the new, two-storey store are the spacious lounge area on the ground floor in the women’s department and the somewhat smaller café zone on the upper floor for the men. “It was very important to us to offer new stores of stay,” explains Knoblauch interior designer Lena Dünser. Here is a cappuccino, because a glass of sparkling wine-a service that is included in all Robert Ley store, whether the customer or not.
