According to Rauhala, the effect of the substance in question on performance is not in the same category compared to anabolic steroids.
According to the expert, the amount of testosterone can either double or triple depending on the starting level.
– The substance may be obtained from products sold as dietary supplements manufactured abroad. These substances are not always mentioned in the list of ingredients.

Robert Helenius himself published a statement on Instagram, in which he strictly denies that he knowingly used doping substances.
– I have not used any performance-enhancing substances now or before. I have been tested throughout my career.
Helenius says that under no circumstances would he use prohibited substances.
– I was told that I got a positive test result because of a non-steroidal substance. I want to send an immediate message to Anthony Joshua and the boxing fans that I did not cheat and I would never cheat.
Helenius ended his message by saying that he intends to work to clear his reputation.
