The marriage of Robert Doornbos and Chantal Bles in Italy has been overshadowed by Yvonne Coldeweijer’s spicy juice. “It affects us very much,” says the interior stylist.
All those very sweet items and articles about the ‘fairytale wedding’ of Robert Doornbos and Chantal Bles are viewed with very different eyes by the followers of Yvonne Coldeweijer. Three weeks ago, she released a whole book full of juice about the former racing driver, which contained a lot of suspicious details.
Cheating on me
Yvonne has heard through-via that Chantal was particularly touched by the story about an alleged get-together between Robert and the well-known Hazes ex Sarah van Soelen. Sarah has reacted frantically to that gossip.
Anyway: the wedding of Robert and Chantal still took place in Italy. “The juice channels have written all about the two. Then it was about cheating and stuff. Has that been discussed yet? Not on marriage, but…”, says Luuk Ikink in the RTL Boulevardbroadcast yesterday.
Chantal responds
Reporter Aran Bade: “No, not there, but we did talk to Chantal about it, because it is of course not nothing if that is said. He would have raced from one woman to another just to stay in technical terms. That’s pretty tough if you have to read that. We have to name it, because Chantal has said something about it.”
What does Chantal say? “He said: ‘It touches us very much if you have to read that about your husband. We talk about it a lot. We talk about it a lot together and we were with an intimate group of friends that we discuss everything with.’”
No denial
It is striking that Chantal emphatically does not deny the stories. All she says is that she “really hates” reading. “They leave a bit in the middle what exactly is true and false about it and I think that’s a good right in a private relationship. People should know that for themselves.”
“But those gossip didn’t lie and so I think it’s pretty brave that Chantal said something about it to us. They apparently discussed it with each other.”
