Supermarket Jan Linders on the Merret in Sint Anthonis was robbed on Thursday evening. A man threatened staff and then ran away.
The robbery happened around 9 p.m. The man entered the store wearing a hood and gloves. The staff was shutting down at the time.
Police said the man threatened and then ran. It is not clear whether he stole anything.

The police are on the scene with many officers and are investigating. She calls on people to look out for the perpetrator. It concerns a white man who is believed to be wearing black shoes, black/grey sweatpants, a black jacket and black gloves. He had a yellow Jumbo bag with him and drove to Oploo or Boxmeer on a green scooter.
Yet another robbery
The supermarket was also robbed two years ago. In June 2020, staff were threatened with a weapon and money was stolen. A few months earlier, in January 2020, it was already hit. Both times, the assailants fled.
