Robbery in the Donnarumma house, three very young people arrested in France

The gang would be made up of four perpetrators and two instigators, who were already in prison for other crimes.

There is a turning point in the investigation into the robbery suffered by Gianluigi Donnarumma in July 2023. The French police questioned and confirmed the preventive detention of three people already in prison in Paris. According to the French newspaper Le Parisienwould be the two instigators of the operation and the stake. For Donnarumma, tied up and beaten, that night was a particularly traumatic moment, as he himself has often said.

The facts date back to the night of 21 July 2023, when Donnarumma and his future wife were tied up, threatened, and he was also beaten. The robbers escaped with approximately 500 thousand eurosincluding luxury watches and jewelry. The two spouses, deeply shaken and frightened, had to seek treatment in hospital. The investigations, conducted by Brigade de répression du banditism (BRB) of the Paris judicial police, had led to the first arrests in April 2024: three very young people, between 18 and 21 years old, suspected of being among the four perpetrators of the robbery.

The newspaper Le Parisien revealed a possible major breakthrough in the investigation. Last Tuesday, in fact, they would have been the instigators of the operation arrested. Furthermore, the three are already in prison for other crimes and, according to the investigators, they organized everything from their cells. These are, again, three very young people: two of them, nicknamed “Ganito” and “Kiki”, would be twenty and twenty-one years old respectively.

For the judicial police, they are the two instigators. The first would be the real brains of the operation. And he is already suspected of having masterminded several violent burglaries directly from his cell. Ganito is in prison for the conviction relating to the theft against the star chef Simone Zanoni. His colleague, on the other hand, at just 21 years old, has a shocking criminal record: kidnapping, armed robbery, drug crimes, possession of weapons. He is also suspected of being the mastermind behind the attempted burglary of Anne-Sophie Lapix’s home. The third accomplice, however, known as “Daril B”, 19 years old, would have acted as a lookout in the robbery at the home of the current goalkeeper of the Manchester City. The three were interrogated and then sent to preventive detention.
