This afternoon around 5 p.m. there was a robbery at a gas station on the Bedrijvenweg in Nieuw-Amsterdam. The robber threatened an employee and took off on the scooter with his loot.
The police have arrested a suspect. He is currently being questioned. No one was injured in the robbery. It is not known exactly what was stolen.
